New loan offerings

Good news! Small Steps can issue a new microloan because a number of clients have repaid some of the credit extended to them. How about this.

Small Steps has a policy of repaying 50% of the credit extended to the foundation. This can then be used to attract a new client again. It also means that clients are aware that they themselves can help fellow sufferers in this way! On the recommendation of OSDIVI, the organization in the Gambia for people with disabilities, Oumie Jaing, a young mother from Farato who is currently pregnant again and expecting her second child in March, was chosen. Together with her older sister, she will prepare a business plan. They will buy clothes and shoes in Senegal and sell them in their area during the time around Ramadan (March 2025).
