New challenge for Karim!

Fantastic news again! Karim (22), a young man with a hearing impairment from Mandinaba, can start working at the Health Center in Jiboro. This week the request came from Tafa of the Care Foundation The Gambia. He indicated that there was work for Karim at the hospital. He will perform cleaning work, among other things, but will also shadow the nurses there and learn to apply bandages and clean small wounds. A wonderful opportunity and of course thanks to the aforementioned foundation! A sponsor has now been found and Karim can start working from October 1! In the mornings Karim will still visit the Deaf School, but in the afternoons he will receive training in the hospital. Karim and his family are very happy with this new opportunity!  Good luck Karim!
